The Bounty of Summer

As the days of summer wane, we're at the peak harvest season for many vegetables - tomatoes, squashes and so many more. Many of you may have gardens, and have been enjoying the fruits of your labors.

What fresh-out-of-the-garden veggies do you enjoy just off the vine? Tomatoes? Which do you skewer and put on the grill or, perhaps better yet, grill in a specially designed grilling pan?
