Turkey day and that big foodie event, the holidays, are just around the corner. Home cooks, self-professed gourmands and foodies everywhere are planning their menus, organizing their shopping lists and counting down to the upcoming "let's get cooking" events.
As with any meal where a lot of food is prepared, there are lots of leftovers as well. We hope you'll share some of your creative leftover uses with us in the brand new Leftovers forum. How will you re-run that leftover turkey?
