I made these with the Puff Pastry shells. First I brought a cup of water to boil with 3 teaspoons of sugar and then added about half a can of dried, pitted prunes. I simmered them for about 10-15 mins, then put them in a food processor to get them nicely mashed up. Then I filled each shell with my yummy sweet prune goop and sprinkled confectioner's sugar on top. Everyone loved them!
