1 (16oz) box Pillsbury Angel Food Cake mix 1 cup Fifty 50 Sugar Free-Low Calorie Low Glycemic Strawberry Preserves 4 T Hershey's Triple Chocolate Dessert Toppings (mix of chocolate cookie pieces, micro-mini chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles) 1/2 cup Dried Cranberry's Preheat oven to 325dF
Prepare cookie sheet by spraying with non-stick spray In a large mixing bowl mix together cake mix and strawberry preserves at low speed with electric mixer until evenly moistened. Continue to beat 1 minute longer. Fold in Hershey toppings mix and cranberry's. Drop by rounded tablespoon full onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 13 minutes (if using a browning\dark cookie sheet you may need to only bake the 10 min's). Cool 1 minute on baking sheet before removing to cooling racks to cool completely. Store in covered container.
P.S. This is my twist on Smucker's Strawberry Angel Cookies...I did not use Smucker's Preserves nor did I just use the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips as they used; and I added cranberry's.
