Cinnamon Butter Cookies 1 C butter, softened (no substitute) 1 C powdered sugar 1 1/2 t Spice Islands Saigon Cinnamon* 1 t pure vanilla 2 1/4 C flour ** preheat oven 400dF Beat first 4-ingredients until light and fluffy using an electric mixer. Add **flour gradually, mixing well. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheets, bake at 400dF for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Sift powdered sugar on top of cookies if desired.
**flour: I used Pillsbury Softasilk..enriched bleached cake flour in this recipe.
