This is a Campbell's Recipe and I made Wednesday evening Oct. 22, 2008. It turned out to be very moist and delish.
I went by their recipe ...EXCEPT... I folded pecans peices into the batter just before putting in the loaf pans. I made one regular loaf pan size and one mini-loaf.
