I made this last night. Used cream of chicken soup and black beans. Deeeee-licious. Ate some of the leftovers for lunch. Just as good today. -- Lisa

HEY LISA!!!! You did great... I searched for Lisa, and Hey Lisa (with a space).... nothing.... But "heylisa" worked great.... Just 'Tag' all of your future original (aka: favorite) recipe post with "heylisa".... and that's about it. In your profile, you may want to put something like "My recipes are tagged with 'heylisa'.... -- ....... eat mo' grits

David, thanks. I found it in a tag search today... the tag is heylisa. Let me know if you can't find it; maybe I did something wrong if it doesn't come up for you. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Thanks Cin! It's *really* easy - my 10 year old likes to help cook it. I hardly have any leftovers when I make it and there are virtually unlimited ways to customize it to your taste. -- -- Lisa

Yay!! I found it!! I reformatted my computer and lost this recipe. I have searched high and low and am so happy to have remembered that I posted it here - too bad I didn't remember what I called it. This is a *great* time to add a tag so I can find it again. I am going to have to make this very soon. -- -- Lisa

I made this last night, but I added a package of taco seasoning and a can of diced tomatoes. Turned out really good. Managed to have leftovers this time that I plan to have for lunch today.

Oh good! I hope you enjoy it - it's almost frighteningly easy to make and it's even better the next day (if you manage to have any left over).
