I also love to do pork chops, mostly in my slow cooker. Pork tenderloin is also a quick meal....marinate it and roast it in the oven. It cooks pretty quickly.

I'd love the recipe! Maybe if you post it here we can all try something and together we'll come up with either something close to the original or a whole new awesome dish. ;)

I like to broil pork chops marinated in teriyaki sauce. I serve them with baked potatoes and mixed veggies, and maybe with mac & cheese as an additional side if we're all feeling hungrier than normal. Marinating the chops is easy using ziploc bags.

Stir fry is easy with either beef or chicken strips, shrimp, or just veggies. I buy the frozen stir-fry blend and just add soy sauce, teriyaki, and a little ginger as I cook the veggies. I cook the meat in a separate pan until the last few minutes when I blend everything together, add a little crushed red pepper and serve over hot rice.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the help. I think it was Bird's Eye brand, with crinkle cut carrots, rotini pasta, corn, and broccoli (I think that's all.) I can detail out the recipe if you all want to try it. It's such a great 15 minute meal, perfect for making when you're pressed for time. It's also a kind of stick-to-your-ribs type meal, great for cold days. The only problem is it's loaded with carbs.

And come to think of it, all the meals I make usually include chicken or hamburger, so if anyone has some easy, fast prep recipes that don't call for either of these two meats, I'd be eternally grateful. (So would my boyfriend, who at this point has realized if he wants anything other than chicken, he will have to cook it himself hahaha.)

I'd love to know what the veggie/pasta blend was that came with garlic sauce too. That sounds fantastic. It's really frustrating when you get something you like established into your routine and then find soon after that it's been discontinued. I hope you're able to find it. Until then, I think Janet's idea is a winner. :)

Hi Niki, and welcome to this friendly corner of the internet!

I've searched online, including here at the Campbell's site, and while there are many, many recipes that look delicious, it's tough to know which one is exactly the dish your mom found in the paper. I don't suppose it mentioned a particular brand of veggie/pasta combo with garlic sauce?

If you can't find one that's ready to go, what about concocting your own, using a frozen vegetable combination that has the specific veggies you remember, the exact shape of pasta from the original, and maybe some fresh garlic lightly cooked in the pan before you add the other ingredients?

Good luck with your search - it sounds like a tasty combination! • Janet

Hi All, I'm new here. A few years ago my mom made a recipe she cut out of the sunday coupons paper. It had Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, and also used a frozen veggie/pasta combo with garlic sauce. I love the recipe, it comes out great everytime. The only problem is, I can't find an acceptable veggie/pasta combo. No one seems to sell the one we used to use, and I can't find any that don't already have chicken in them. Can anyone help me find something to use?? Thanks!!
