    I love Jack Daniels BBQ sauce! Budweiser has a mild one that's fairly sweet that's pretty good too. I like eggs with ketchup or chili sauce but have never before considered putting BBQ sauce on them. It's probably not much different. :)

    I've never heard of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce but I will take a look for it when I go shopping. We've been using Jack Daniels hickory brown sugar sauce. Yummm!

    Scrambled Eggs w\BBQ sauce

    3- Natural Organic Brown Eggs (whisked, to scramble)
    pinch of find grind grey Sea Salt (to your taste)
    * shredded Cheddar Cheese
    * shredded white American Cheese
    1/4 c seasoned blackeyed peas; very little juice\sauce (leftovers)

    Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce for drizzling (I love this stuff)

    * handful (your pleasured amount)

    Whisk eggs in a sm\med skillet on medium heat.
    When they have thicken-up some sprinkle in salt, dump in blackeyed peas and cheeses. Stir to get mixed up (you know how to scramble eggs with stuff in them).....when they are cooked to your favorite consistency pour into a plate and drizzle BBQ sauce over top (as much or as little as you wish).

    These are delish!!!! But if you don't like blackeyed peas add something different; maybe black beans, pinto beans, garbanzo beans???? Hey, I'm always thinking up ways to get more of the ''filling foods groups''....fiber in my diet. BEANS are a good source.

    Have started a discussion on my blog with this one...under:
