Made them with steak last night, sooooo good.

Janet, these make a great addition to an antipasto platter.

Ooooh, yummy! I love mushrooms. These look good. And if I made them I'd get them all to myself since the rest of my family aren't mushroom fans. ;)

Penny, as part of a cold appetizer spread, I can really see this adding that pickle-ish zing with milder/heavier choices. Thanks! • Janet

Penny , I'm with the girls-I love mushrooms and these are going into the "must try " pile! Sounds great with steak, like Mom said.

I do something like this but I cook the mushrooms in a little oil until they start to weep, and add the pickling liquid. They keep for a long time.

I'm with Cin..I love mushrooms..this sounds delicious. Never thought of adding a "sauce" to mushrooms...usually I just sautee them or have them fresh in salad. This is a must try... I can imagine it with a steak. Yummmmm
