Hamburger Paties with Mushroom Consomme Gravy

Thought that I would share this recipe with you .... Give it a try it is something easy and different to do with regular hamburger!
1 lbs of lean ground beef
1 can of sliced mushrooms
2 cans of Campbell's Consomme
2 tablespoons of butter
2 heaping tablespoons of flour or cornstarch
1 teaspoon of Oregano
Directions...
Form lean ground beef into patties and fry in skillet until well done. In saucepan melt butter and add flour or Cornstarch, quickly whisk in 2 cans of consomme and stir until slightly thickened. Add mushrooms and oregano. Pour gravy over hamburger patties and let simmer.
Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta and a steamed vegetable.
