What a great and simple idea, I love it! While a huge fan of soups, sometimes there aren't enough hours to create a long-simmering recipe. Your recipe will be perfect for quick dinner nights.

1 32 ounce bag frozen cooked meatballs 3 10 ounce cans condensed beef broth 1 cup water 2 14 ounce cans diced tomatoes, undrained 1 16 ounce frozen peas 1 16 ounce frozen corn Combine frozen meatballs, broth, water and tomatoes in a large pot. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Turn on low heat for another 15 minutes, until meatballs are tender. Add frozen vegetables. Stir and simmer another 15 minutes. I cooked some noodles on the side and added them to the soup. I also use 2 pound bag of mixed vegetables Instead of peas and corn. Enjoy
