Great idea Penelope! Easy, too. Another to add to the list of things to try!

A friend of mine just sent me this so easy recipe. 2 cups Bisquick 2/3 cup milk 1-1 1/2lbs cooked ground beef 2 cups gravy 3/4tsp salt Mix bisquick with enough milk to make soft dough and roll into an 8"x12" rectangle. Mix meat with a 1/4 cup of gravy and salt. Spread over roll and roll up jelly style. Seal edges with water and cut into 1" slices. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 15mins. Serve with remaining gravy. Optional-- add grated sharp cheese to biscuit mix.
