I saw turkey cutlets in the grocery store today, and thought I'd seen a recipe here - next time I'm going to buy them and give this recipe a try. Maybe without the coriander for me, but everything else sounds delicious, thanks Star!

Here's one for turkey breast tenders (same thing, in my book, though tenders might be a bit smaller??) from my sister, who shares her favorite new recipes with me. She raves about this slow-cooker dish! Turkey Breast Tenders with Orange/Cranberry Sauce 2 lbs. turkey breast tenders (I used turkey thighs) 1/3 c orange juice 3/4 c whole cranberry sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp allspice 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water salt & pepper to taste Combine orange juice, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce and allspice. Pour over turkey and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 horus, or on high for 3 1/2-4 hours. About 10 minutes before serving, stir in cornstarch/cold water mixture. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
