Mo, you just made me wet myself laughing. Just thought you'd like to know. Sorry, I can't type anymore, I'm still laughing... No offense intended to Bobbi, by the way, it was just the image of police-like people knocking my door down that made me lose it... because at this point in my cooking career I'd probably have a key made for them so they don't keep busting my door down! Welcome, Bobbi. Now, you have to come back and tell us what the recipe was. Inquiring minds want to know. j/k lol My guess for 2 tbls whole milk subbed with 2 tbls low fat - the recipe might be...: a. A low-fat salad dressing b. A low fat frosting (cream cheese for carrot cake?) c. None of the above Let us know how it turned out.

Yeah...they might sick the chemistry cops on ya! With all that extra grant money flying around, there's no telling what those scientists will get up to next Sorry Kimber, didn't mean to tease...it's just in my nature to do so. I do agree that in baking recipes even the slightest change can sometimes throw the whole mess off balance. Is the recipe baking or cooking? Baking can be much fussier than other recipes. While I agree that 2 Tbsp of milk shouldn't make a difference, you never know. If you are really worried and it's something that may come out dry, perhaps the slightest dot of melted butter would hlep (again, depending on what it is) Meryl
