ISO Chicken or Turkey Stir Fry Recipe

Hi.
I am looking for a recipe that isn't on this site. I originally got it from a small cook book (set of three) at least 5 years ago put out by Campbell's. I think it was a Turkey stir fry and the ingredients are
Turkey (or chicken)
rice
ginger
soy sauce
carrots
water
cream of celery and
oil
If anyone can post this recipe it would be much appreciated.
