Thanks you Jenn, but I liked the one I put on the first page of that Photo Album better than that one.
Guess for some reason they bypassed it and chose this one.....this is the 4th one of my dishes they have featured since I signed in on Campbell's last Oct or Nov (of 2007), whichever month it was....;0)

What part of ''duet'' do you not understand????

I guess music is the best way to describe what I mean...
A duet is a musical composition or piece for two performers. In classical music the term is most often used for a composition for two singers or pianists; with other instruments, the word duo is also often used. A piece performed by two.

I was using it as a ''duet as in, me and Campbell's'' since one of my main ingredient base was the Campbell's Select Soup!!! As you know by now, I always make up different and or funny names for my original recipes. Just me........

Maybe I should have just use ''duo''.:-x

Well I combined some of their soup in with my own recipe, thought I'd share it here as I remade it again so that I could take photo's of the finished dish and post in my Photo Albums......to see photo's click:
    http://kitchentable-campbells.forums.liveworld.com/photo-album/2932550/Cins-Duet-Campbells/580000738

    And here's my Recipe:

    Cin's duet with Campbell's

8 to 10 oz's Penne Pasta (cooked\boiled in salted water)
17 (or so) Italian Meatballs (I used frozen-fully cooked ''Fast Fixin`'' beef meatballs)
1 box (18.3 oz) Campbell's Select Italian Tomato w\basil & garlic Soup (Gold Label)
1 (14.5 oz) can Stewed Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (dice; do NOT drain)
    2-pinches Dill Weed
    2-pinches Cilantro
1 T Garlic & Onion spice blend (the Gourmet Collection)
    1 t Chives
    1 t Sugar
    2 T Honey
    1 C the Pasta Water

Combine all ingredients, except pasta, bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer until meatballs are thoroughly heat.
Add cooked pasta and let continue to simmer a few minutes.

Dish up into bowls, serve with garlic toast and enjoy.

Note from Cin: A great option...dish up and smother with your favorite shredded cheese and top off w\a dollop of sour cream.

P.S. If leftovers have soaked up the sauce, then I add a few squirts from a squeezable bottle of ''Sweet Baby Ray's Award Winning Barbecue Sauce''.....changes it up a bit and makes a different great flavor for another day!!!
