Cin's Quick an Easy Chicken Noodle Soup, for when you are not feeling well.....very tasty.
8 oz (uncooked) Amish Kluski Egg Noodles, (extra thick)
1 package Ramen noodles, with flavor packet
Cooked chicken breast meat, cut into bite size pieces or shredded*
1-can (14 oz) Swanson's chicken broth
14 oz water
2 T Amish Noodle Seasoning
The chicken-flavor packet from ramen noodles
Put ''all'' into a heavy soup pot, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer until noodles are done.
P.S. To make it very kid friendly...just before serving throw in a palm full of salty peanuts and a palm full of golden raisins.
Frankly, I still love it that way myself, gives it a little crunch and a bit of sweet.
P.S.S. On the amount of *chicken use as much or as little as you like, (could use 1 or more cans of Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, White Meat, drained or Tyson's brand)
