I BLEW IT! I'm soo upset, I'm crying. I thought the deadline was for postmarking. I'm gonna lose 1150 points! I don't have enough of the 12/31/08 deadline sheets to make up for the 11/30/08 deadline sheets I just blew! This is my first year doing this. I'm assuming there is no way I can get these still submitted since I"m a newbie. Does anyone have any suggestions? Will they count these toward my next deadline.
Please HELP!

Hi just wanted to clarify that Sheila is correct, there are two seperate submission dates (see her previous post) for the coordinators.

I think that this is being a little misrepresented! There is one
deadline for the parents to turn the forms into the coordinator.11/30/08. The coordinator then has a deadline
of 12/31/08 to have submitted it. Hopefully this straightens
every one out. This is for the fall submission!!

I'm not sure what you mean by True Deadline, but there's a sheet that has these words at the bottom - "School Coordinators: Submit the completed forms to Labels for Education for redemption according to the official program rules by 11/30/08" These forms must be RECEIVED BY 11/30/08. The other form has these words at the bottom - "School Coordinators: Submit the completed forms to Labels for Education for redemption according to the official program rules by 12/31/08" These forms must be RECEIVED BY 12/31/08. If that's clear as mud post again and someone else will answer

What if you do not have the bonus sheet filled in all the way? Example, I have some that only have the first and last row with UPC codes on them. Can I still get 50 points for each line? What is the True Deadline Nov. 30 for both sheets?

Just wanted to bump this back up. If you have the first Bonus sheets that said Parents give to your coordinator by Oct. 31, they must be RECEIVED Nov. 30 (this Sunday).
The 2nd set said give to your coordinator by Nov. 30 and must be received by Dec. 31.
Would love see everyone's totals over on that other thread!!!

Ellen,
1st row : any condensed soup
2nd row: any character soup ( Dora, Cars, Princess, etc)
3rd row: any character spagettios ( above)
4th row: any select harvest soup
There is a master list on one of the thread. When opened press control and f together and a search box will appear type in the upc to find out what it is. There is also a post with the eligible product list for these bonus sheets. Sorry I do not know how to do direct links to them.
If you are still confused post again and someone will straighten you out.

I'm so confused now that the 200 bonus points sheets have came in. I can tell people just put any labels anywhere.
Can someone please tell me how I can find out what can go on each level. Corrections so far are:
1st level: all Chicken Noodles.
2nd level: What can go here
3rd level: What spaghettios can go here
4th level: I believe I understand any Select Harvest
Thank you for helping. Nothing like last minute is there?

Just wanted to clarify since I can't edit my post further down. I called Tuesday, Oct. 28 and that CSR said she was "seeing" 26.25 oz and 28 oz cans so she "thought" the Family Size condensed soup would work. Someone else should call and see what they're told  |

The received before 11/30 deadline is for the first sheet that came out Sept. 7. The sheets look the same just have different deadlines.
The second sheet that just came out Sunday, Oct. 12 needs to be received by Campbell's before 12/31.
After I posted I realized I should've stated that in my post title. And I should've clarified more than just saying "for the first sheet" one time in my post

It was my understanding that the parents deadline to return the bonus certificate to the school is 11/30, and that the coordinators deadline to send them to Campbells is 12/31.

It's still a ways off, but I didn't realize. Bonus Certificates (including the 200 Bonus Point page from the coupon section) must be RECEIVED by Campbells before the expiration date (see pg 62 #3 in the Coordinator catalog). I also called the 800# to see if the coupon section page counted and they said they have to be received before the expiration date. I was thinking postmarked by 11/30 for the first sheets. I would have been devastated if we'd lost those bonus points. Also clarified each row Condensed Soup - can include Healthy Request and Reduced Sodium. Family Size cans DO NOT work. Select Harvest - any Select Harvest including the micro bowls Nothing new on the Character rows. Also I asked how could I verify that parents attached the correct upc's - she said there was no way (of course we can use the Master List posted on the forums or Google the upc, but wanted to hear her response). Asked if the upc's were incorrect would we still be credited w/ the 1 or 5 pts - her reply - no. I'll be double checking Hope this helps!! -- Edited by 3108382 at 10/15/2008 5:32 PM PDT |
