I place each type of sheet in a 9X13 envelope labeled as to what type of sheet and the number of points in it along with the caps labeled in a paper lunch bag and place it all in an a Priority Mail envelope to mail. I have never had a problem with it being accepted.

Yes, you may mail in an envelope. I have done my last few submissions in an envelope and have had no problems. Good luck!

Ok I am a first time coordinator and preparing my first submission tonight - I have used the 1pt and 5 pt collection sheets and only have 4 caps to submit - can I mail them all in an large envelope with my banking order form and will they be accepted?
The instructions mention a box and paper bags.....
