This does sound good. Thanks for sharing Linda. I think I may try it with the golden mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken. I wonder if Italian seasoned bread crumbs would work in place of the crushed croutons? What did you serve with this?

That sounds delicious, Linda. For a change, try using golden mushroom instead of cream of mushroom soup. I think you'll like it that way too. -- "We get by with a little help from our friends"

I found this recipe on line. It has so few ingrediants & is so simple to make, I had to try it! It turned out really good! I used the low fat Cream of Chicken soup, and used Low Fat Chicken Broth, instead of wine. Baked Swiss Chicken 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (1 1/2 lbs) 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth 6 slices Swiss cheese 1 cup crushed seasoned croutons Place chicken in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. In a bowl, combine the soup and wine or broth, pour over chicken. Top with cheese and sprinkle with crushed croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes. --Linda--
