That sounds like a lot of mustard. I take it the spices tone down the mustard flavor?

3 of each, split chicken breasts, thighs,and drumsticks 1/4 c. canola oil salt to taste 1 6oz jar yellow mustard 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 c. self-rising flour Preheat oven to 400. Pour oil in baking dish and place in oven to preheat. Salt chicken pieces lightly. Combine mustard,sauce and pepper and coat chicken pieces thoroughly with mixture. Roll in flour and place in preheated baking dish. Cook for about 40 mins until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
