This sounds delicious Stephanie! Welcome ! What kind of stuffing mix did you use? What did you serve with this-the noodles or rice? Thanks for sharing and please feel free to share more of your recipes. P.S. North Carolina is a very beautifu state! 3-4 boneless chicken breasts 1(8-oz) pkg. sliced Swiss Cheese 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can of Cream of Celery Soup 2 cups of seasoned stuffing mix 1/3 cup melted butter Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Place chicken on the bottom of the baking dish. Cover chicken with layers of Swiss cheese. Mix soup and pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing over chicken. Pour melted butter over stuffing. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve over egg noodles or rice. Made that tonight and it was sooo good. These cheese is all melty and gooey. Very tasty.
