Hi Reannon, Welcome to The Table! Your recipe is one I've enjoyed but never made. Just might have to put in line with Scott's spring roll recipe, and Cin's coconut pie! I've been to Grand Junction, Co. Lovely place!

Hi Reannon, Thank you for this great recipe. This makes the second recipe I have read today that has sausage in it. I already have that on my grocery list. It's nice to see you here. I hope you will post more of your great ideas.

Stuffed Bread: Ingredients: 1 loaf French bread 2 Cans of Campbell'sCheadar Cheese Soup 2 or 3 Italin Sausages-Hot or mild 1-2lbs Ground Beef Onion-chopped Green Pepper-Chopped Ok, You'll want to start out by pre-heating your oven to 350 degees. Then you'll want to start browning you sausage and ground beef. I usually use about 3 italin sausages per side. When the meet is alost brown, throw in your onion and green pepper. use as much as you like. While you meat is browing, you'll want to be preparing the bread by cutting it width wise and taking out the bread down to the crust and putting it into a large mixing bowl. Remember to break up the bread into small chunks. When the meat and veggies are done, drain off all the grease. Now put the meat into the bowl with the bread and add your cheader cheese soup. Mix well. Now, put you mixture into the bread bowls and put into the oven for about 15 minutes, or until crust of bread is crispy. -- Reannon M. Payne -- Edited by 3015069 at 02/03/2008 6:00 PM
