I emailed this out to a few friends and family and this morning I heard back from a college friend of my daughters that said... Hey MammyCin! This may be the perfect soup for me to serve prior to Halloween festivities (that will be a busy day). I can make it in the morning, and it can cook all day

Hey Girlfriend, try this one, it is really good and easy!!! I had it with the pasta in it...yummmy. Barbara W
Long Horn Stew
Brown 2 lbs. Hamburger Meat and Drain.
Add to the following:
1 Can Rotel
1 Can Veg-All
2 Cans Ranch Style Beans
1 Can Water
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
3 Cans Minestrone Soup
2 T Cavendar's Greek Seasoning
Simmer and enjoy with Corn Bread, Garlic Toast, or Crackers.
Makes a 6 Quart Crock Pot full.
I like to add some cooked Pasta - Large Shell.
