This sounds yummy! DJ, out here , Rainforest Cafe has a dish called Hasta la Pasta. I've never had it. I wonder if it's the same....? -- Jennifer "Every Saint Has A Past, Every Sinner Has A Future"

Carol, this looks delicious. I'm wondering if you could even use any left over chicken, beef or pork in this recipe. Thanks for sharing......Penny -- chopsticks are the reason the Japanese did not invent custard

Oh, I can see why you and your family enjoy this dish, Carol! Meals that can be pretty much made up in one pan, and with veggies included too - delicious, and easy too. Thanks for posting your recipe! • Janet

This is one of my family's favourites. 12 oz, spaghetti 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, minced 2 chicken breasts (cut in 1/4" strips) 2 cups broccoli pieces 1 cup sliced celery 2 carrots, sliced 1/2 cup sliced red pepper 3 green onions (cut in 1/2" pieces) 1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook spaghetti about 10 minutes. Drain. Stir in cheese and butter. Meanwhile, heat oil in fry pan. Saute garlic and chicken until brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 8 - 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Spoon over spaghetti. Serves 4. -- Carol B.
