At the mere mention of ravioli, you've started me craving! I am actually cooking some up right now. I'm going to try the spinach variation here as I love spinach and cheese together plus it's healthier (at least I like to think of it that way

Hello everyone, its been a while since I last posted on here! Well tonight for dinner i went and bought some fresh Spinach and Ricotta cheese ravioli. And I am also frying up some shrimp in garlic butter. And making a cream sauce! Cream Sauce: Start by making a rue with flour and butter. Once thick, add desired amount of milk and bring to a boil while whisking constantly. Add coarsely chopped celery, onions and carrots to the sauce as well as a dash of pepper. Simmer over med-low heat, stirring constantly for 15-20 minutes or until pretty thick. Strain out the veggies, and add sauce to ravioli and shriimp in a large bowl and serve with garlic toast! Its really good! The sauce takes on a really nice flavor of the mixed veggies...really tasty.
