This looks sooo yummy. Maybe I can make this with Thanksgiving dinner because we always have mashed potatoes. I don't know how it will go over but I like being different. -- Worries go down better with soup. ~Jewish Proverb

Mmmm... this one makes me drool. I made twice-baked potatoes with a similar recipe once, the only difference being that we scraped the potatoes out of the skins, added the extra ingredients and mashed them, then stuffed them back in the skins to be baked again for a few minutes. -- Lisa

Red Lobster's White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Red Lobster's White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered 2 ounces butter, unsalted, room temperature 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup sour cream 4 ounces white Cheddar cheese, grated 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper Place potatoes in pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer until fork tender. Drain completely. Mix potatoes with an electric mixer until smooth. When smooth, add butter and blend. Add cream, a little at a time and beat; add sour cream and blend. Add cheese, salt and pepper and blend again. -- Cin(\0/) God is so big He can cover the whole world with his Love ~~~~and so small He can curl up inside your heart~~~~
