Delicious flavor and so tender! 3/4 cup soy sauce or teriyaki sauce-I used Mr. Yoshida's Traditional teriyaki sauce 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon chili sauce-Heinz 1 tablespoon brown sugar 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon minced or grated fresh gingerroot pepper and crushed red pepper flakes, to taste or 1 teaspoon of Sriracha is great too 6 bone-in pork loin chops In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all marinade ingredients;mix well. Remove and reserve 1/4 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Add pork chops to the remaining marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, overnight is better. Turn the bag occasionally during marinating. Drain chops, discarding marinade. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 4 minutes. Turn; baste with reserved marinade. Grill 4-7 minutes longer or until juices run clear. I served these with "Anything Lo Mein" and egg rolls. -- Jennifer "Every Saint Has A Past, Every Sinner Has A Future"
