    1 French bread baguette
    ½ cup butter
    1 package frozen artichoke hearts
1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
    2 cups jack cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Hollow out baguette and cut the bread you remove into cubes.

In a skillet, melt butter. Add the bread cubes and artichoke hearts and sauté together. Add sour cream and cheese and stir until well mixed.

Fill the hollowed out baguette with the mixture, and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Let set for a few minutes for the cheese to cool, other wise it will run all over. Cut carefully with a bread knife into 1 inch slices.
