Excellent and Easy Dipping Sauces to Accompany Corned Beef

Sour Cream and Mustard Sauce 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon sugar Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix until well blended. Horseradish -Mustard Sauce 1 cup ( 8 ounces) sour cream 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 2 tablespoons prepared mustard Combine all ingredients in a small bowl . Mix until well blended. Serve with corned beef. Horseradish Sauce ( this one's a little harder) 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 to 1-1/2 cups cooking liquid( from corned beef brisket) 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 cup horseradish In a small saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour. Add one cup cooking liquid;stir until smooth. Add vinegar, sugar and horseradish. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Adjust seasoning with additional vinegar, sugar or horseradish if needed. Thin sauce if necessary with the remaining cooking liquid. -- Jennifer When baking, follow directions.
