MommyMo... I had that cookbook... I think it's in a box in the basement... I'm going to see if I can find it.. If I can find it I will add some of the recipes from it. I had won that cookbook at weight watchers years ago. Adrian are you looking for any special type of food? Italian, Chinese, Mexican or American?

I had a Weight Watchers recipe book for meals for two. Maybe look for meals for two because that way you will have an extra meal and if you enjoyed it the first time you could have it again or even freeze it and enjoy it another time. Save time that way and cleanup -- Worries go down better with soup. ~Jewish Proverb

Hey all, only me living here now. Need help with meals for one person. I don't want to adjust a "serves 8" and try to figure out for one person with possible leftovers for one meal. One leftover is ok, more than that is boring. Anyone have ideas in the Campbell's Kitchen for one person meals? Thanks! Adrian
