I found this on Recipezaar and it worked great!

    Allspice Substitute
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon cloves
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    Blend together.

If you like the cloves and nutmeg less predominant the formula is
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon cloves
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    Blend together.

Both taste like allspice. I used 1/2 teaspoons of everything and used it in the Pasta Jambalaya recipe. It worked !
