I found this on Recipezaar and it worked great! Allspice Substitute 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cloves 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Blend together. If you like the cloves and nutmeg less predominant the formula is 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Blend together. Both taste like allspice. I used 1/2 teaspoons of everything and used it in the Pasta Jambalaya recipe. It worked ! -- Jennifer "Every Saint Has A Past, Every Sinner Has A Future"
