Post Happy St. Patrick's Day

Reuben Dip
1/2 cup corned beef diced
1/4 cup sauerkraut squeezed and drained (I add a little more)
1/4 cup Swiss cheese shredded
4 ounces cream cheese room temperature (I like a little more)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish (or grain mustard)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix everything in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.
This doubles easily

I hope everyone had a Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
I had the kosher version of an Irish dinner last night.... corned beef on rye with deli mustard and cole slaw... yummy!!!!

We ate the pork chop leftovers. Still really good! I wasn't feeling so well today. Last year I made corned beef and cabbage.
I wish I had a piece of your cake. It looked really yummy in the picture you showed me. I'm picturing it in my mind right now and I have a sweet tooth! LOL
I'm craving bread pudding and have been browsing recipes!
