It's probably too late, but spinach pasta, maybe tossed with broccoli florets, is a nice choice. Maybe set out a cheese ball coated with finely-chopped fresh parsley. Green eggs - good old devilled eggs, but with quite a bit of chives in the filling mixture. • Janet

It also makes a great dressing for slaw........pretty, green and yummy -- >> ~~>*>Cin(\0/)<*<~~ << >> ><(((*>Jesus<*)))>< <<

Carol, I have made your salad but it had 1 cup of crushed pistachio meat to it. It is very good with out with out the nuts. It also had a can of mandarin oranges (with out the juice) for the green and orange.

Shan, I have a recipe for Pistachio Salad that's green and tasty. 1 package pistachio pudding mix 14 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 large container Cool Whip, thawed 2 cups mini marshmallows - coloured ones work best 1 can fruit cocktail, drained Mix together the pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Add marshmallows, Cool Whip and fruit cocktail to the pudding mixture and stir together. This looks really nice in a glass bowl. The green colour will be more pronounced if you make it the day before you serve it. -- Carol B. -- Edited by 2719934 at 03/19/2009 6:03 PM PDT

I'm going to a potluck this weekend. The theme is, "Green", so everything we bring needs to be green. I've got my recipe already (Wearin' of the Green Cake) but my friend needs so ideas. Anyone here have any suggestions for us? ~Shan
