I was looking for an answer as to the best way to store baked puff pastry (because I'm a google-holic) and as a reward for my searching I was presented with the following resource: http://www.baking911.com/pastry/puff.htm I am going to bookmark it for future reference but wanted to put it here as well since it seems to answer just about any question I've ever had. -- Lisa |
