Oh, I've seen these. They sell hot dogs at the Mexican market here, with the bacon already wrapped around the hot dog. You take them and cook them how ever you want and then top them with different stuff. Pickled jalapenos are a popular topping.

I had forgot about these. I use to buy them from street vendors in mexico. They were great. The bacon was crisp and the bun was waiting for what ever you wanted.
