1 tbsp. butter or oil 4 boneless chicken breast halves cut into nugget size 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup 1/2 cup dry white wine (I use a cup) 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (I use a more - 1 cup) 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham (a little crumbled cooked bacon goes well here too) 1/2 bag of frozen (thawed) peas 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Cook on med high heat. You are just browning it. Add soup, water, wine, peas and ham. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done. Scrape the bottom to get any brown bits. Add cheese, stir, cover and cook for 2-3 min to melt the cheese. Serve with noodles. A splash or two of sherry goes well with this.
