It's perfectly ok. In fact, I do it all the time! Just allow a little extra cooking time and start them out covered so that they don't burn on the outside before the interior is cooked fully.

Hey everyone!! Haven't been here for awhile! Sorry!
Quick question...does anyone know if it is ok to put frozen chicken breasts in the oven? I am making bbq chicken but it is still fairly frozen...Whatcha think???
