Our school has a stamp with the school's name and address. I stamp that on the collection sheet and then photocopy the collection sheet. No extra labels needed

I wanted to mark them too but I used a Home publisher program. I inserted the collection sheet image and placed some text boxes with our information. Since we do inter-room monthly contests I added a "teacher" line so that students or parents can write their teacher's name. I also added another box with the program's URL and a note saying that if they need recipes, coupons or more sheets to go there. Sol -- Edited by 3173265 at 04/22/2009 9:12 AM PDT

Fantastic Idea... Have you tried using the same mailing templates in Office Word? I don't have photoshop but I've used Word mailing labels before so I may try this. Thanks Colleen in Arlington VA -- *Huggles all, Colleen in Arlington VA

To make sure our school is identified on all submissions, I printed mailing labels with PrintShop. On them are our ID number, school name and address. I have a set for Campbell's and a set for BoxTops. I stick one on each collection sheet or set of collection sheets. Save writing, ensures the correct code ID number and makes life a lot easier. The labels we have at school have 30 on a sheet so you get a lot from one sheet.
