    Hi Kaye,

My favorite comfort foods are boneless skinless chicken breasts and mashed spuds. For my spuds, in a bowl I add milk and butter along w/ 1 package of ranch dressing mix and shredded cheese, any flavor. Then I add the hot spuds and beat them all together until my spuds are creamy. As for the chicken, I like to add either Catalina dressing to it or French dressing. I have tried it w/ Italian dressing as well but not crazy for it. Hope that you like these recipes as well.

Kaye, I believe pasta is one of my very favortie comfort foods, no matter how I prepare it. Whether it's a jarred sauce because I'm in a hurry, or my own home made, it always suits me. I think I could live on the stuff!

When I was a child, I never imagined the day would come when a simple meal of meatloaf and homemade mac and cheese would make me feel warm, satisfied and wonderful. I'm wondering what everyone's favorite comfort foods are and would love if you posted the recipes!
