Scramble eggs (plain or with your favorite ingredients), place on top of puff pastry ''toppers'', sprinkle with grated cheese and cilantro (or chives). A dollop of sour cream pimento's make a cute garnish on top of your srambled eggs too. When fixed as little individual foods kiddo's love them as finger foods. You can take them and put pre-cooked pizza toppings on them, stick under the broiler to melt the cheeses (great and cute way to use your leftovers)....another kid friendly item. They also make cute bottoms when serving individual plated puddings. Since they are already baked.....they make great mini-grilled cheese sandwiches.....even makes great appetizer's. P.S. Welcome to the table....share a few of the recipes you do with the ''cups'' if you aren't using the little ''toppers''. ~~~~> *>Cin(\0/)<* <~~~~ >> ><(((*>Jesus<*)))>< << -- Edited by 2932550 at 01/07/2009 12:12 AM PST

Usually I place the top of the shell "on top" of the finished product, but sometimes not.. Instead of eating them while I'm cooking, any suggestions on what to do with them.
