    Hi Liz,

Yes, you can! Let the puff pastry-wrapped brie cool completely. Then loosely wrap in foil and refrigerate. When you are ready to re-heat, place the wrapped brie on a cookie sheet and reheat about 20-30 minutes at 400F. Then remove the foil and bake about 5-10 minutes longer. The puff pastry will not be as stellar as day one, but is does re-crisp, and is still darn delicious!!!

    Camilla :)

I've never tried Liz I think it might get kind of mushy but cheese tastes delicious no matter what, right?

Liz - would you microwave or re-oven?

Can you re-heat your Brie en Croute after you’ve cut into it? Like, if you made it for a party and only half was eaten? Can you warm it up again the next day?
    Thanks!
