Cheesy Broccoli Slow Cooker Casserole

2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed Campbells cream of potato soup, undiluted 1-1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided 1/4 c. minced onions 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce 1 c. crushed potato chips or saltine crackers 1. Lightly grease slow cooker. Combine broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onions, and hot pepper sauce in slow cooker; mix thoroughly. 2. Cover; cook on LOW 5-6 hours or on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 hours. 3. Uncover; sprinkle with chips and remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Cook, uncovered, on LOW 30 to 60 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 to 6 servings If desired, casserole can be spooned into a baking dish and garnished with additional cheese and crackers; bake in a preheated 400F oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
