Jimmye, this is brilliant! I'd never have thought to use orange juice and the mandarin sections here, what was your inspiration?

Mandarin Orange Mushroom Chicken

1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can Campbells new Creamy Mushroom Soup 2 cups orange juice 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon salt pepper to taste 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained paprika and minced parsley, optional spread rice in greased shallow 3 qt baking dish. Add chicken. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over rice and chicken. Cover and bake at 350 - 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear and rice is done. Yield: 4 servings.
