Oh yum! Simple and good. I'll add this to the list of stuff to teach the kids to cook so they can each cook dinner one night a week. -- Lisa

HAMBURGER RICE CASSEROLE: Cook 1lb. hamburger Cook 1 cup of rice. Next use a Casserole dish or large bread pan and put the hamburger in then spread rice on top. Next spread one can Campbell's cream of celery and one can Campbell's cream of mushroom on top. Bake at 350 degree's for approx. 45min. to 1hr. and serve. I have sometimes added a small can of mushrooms. and maybe even sautéed onions.
