I made this for the 4th and it was very good! This recipe is courtesy of Junebug on Recipezaar.

    1 pound Velveeta Mexican cheese
    12 ounces cream cheese
    3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions, tops only, chopped
3-6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped (to taste)-I used 3 , but I will use more next time
    2-3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
black pepper, cracked-I omitted this because I don't like black pepper in my Mexican food

Melt cheeses together in microwave or stovetop.
    Stir in all other ingredients.
    Serve warm.

You can take/serve this dip in a crockpot so it stays warm. If you are lucky enough to have leftovers, they keep in the fridge awhile and reheats great.
