Tomato and Goat Cheese Tarts - Ina Garten

I saw this recipe today on Ina Garten's Barefoot Contessa Back to Basics today, and it looked delicious. It's one I'd like to try when the great local tomatoes are in the markets again, although I suspect it would do well with any flavourful tomato, maybe even cherry tomatoes, sliced.

Of course these Tomato and Goat Cheese Tarts from the Food Network site start with a puff pastry base!
