I also think baby carrots would be a good substitute , maybe cauiflower and carrots. I would serve it with rice or noodles. -- Jennifer "Every Saint Has A Past, Every Sinner Has A Future"

Hi Carmen! Welcome! Since the recipe calls for cheese broccoli soup, I would change that to the cheddar cheese soup and sustitute cauliflower for the broccoli. Otherwise , I would choose another recipe that doesn't call for broccoli. I hope this helps! Let us know what you decide to make. -- Jennifer "Every Saint Has A Past, Every Sinner Has A Future"

Just want to see if anyone can suggest any substitutions for the broccoli, someone I want to make this for won't eat broccoli. Any suggestions?
