David, I don't think your dog agrees with you, LOL. I think they look good! It got me in the mood for a tater. Thanks for posting your pictures.

Thanks Viv! I tend to be a bit anonymous when I sign up for lists or groups, but getting to know everyone here, it just seemed so unfriendly to be "J." It's nice to have the option to give more (or less) detail. And yeah, David, let's see those potato pictures!

David where are your potato pictures? I would love to see them. Janet, that is great you have the option to change your name to the one you wanted to use!

Carrie, I was happy to discover that we can now change the name that's displayed, so I've "converted" from J. Smythe (the name I originally used to register) to Janet S. Maybe some of the folks who've chosen to use numbers instead of names will feel more comfortable being a first name, now that they can make that choice. Thanks for the improvement, Campbell's! • Janet

Campbells wants each of us to come up with a great recipe, the rest of us to be taste testers, and then wants us to also be the food stylist/photographer. I see lots of jobs being lost due to our efforts... Viv, I've got some really ugly pictures of my 10 twice baked potatoes to post!....

455466, I do believe we crossed over between two very similar threads, oops. But regardless, I now see that attachments are not an option (nor editing attachments). Was going to send a file and let you see if you could open it (without the access denied).... guess we'll have to wait and see. (PS Campbell's - still waiting for 'mark all as read' to come back, thanks!) -- Edited by 2701101 at 11/07/2006 7:47 PM

I have figured out how to post a picture. This is fun. Come on and join me and get up some of your pictures. I am going to dig into my old photos and see what I can find.

David, I have noticed some glitches in trying to attach a file or a thumbnail w/i a post (the thumbnail sent the text flying all over the post - even w image hosting). But, as you mentioned, I'm sure the bugs will be worked out. It is nice to have the new features to show members pics -- rather than a link -- trafficking up another website. -- "Soup is the song of the hearth... and the home." Louis P. Penelope, the email is 'not user friendly'! It says type in user name but it really wants the 7 digit # we are apparently all assigned. To find someones user #, click on their name anywhere on this site, then choose 'show all messages' near the bottom, and the system will show you the user's #. You can then use this number to email or add this # to your address book. If you add this # to your address book, the correct name is automatically added too. Or choose their name anywhere on this site and you should see a 'send message' just below their name. In your case you can just send your reply to 2701101....

Somebody very kindly sent me all the codes for emoticon in my Campbell's e-mail. When I tried to reply all I get is "correct error no member by that name" sort of thing. I definitely typed in the correct name. Can anybody help me understand what's going on. Thanks.

Penelope, if you want to do a winking face you type a semi-colon ; and then without a space, you type the ) and it will look like this
